About X-Long
Established in 2010, Yantai Xinglong Pressure Vessel Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (X-Long) is a Chinese pressure vessel manufacturer integrating R&D, design, manufacturing, customization, installation, and after-sales service.
Manufacturing Capabilities
Our 33,000 m² production base includes dedicated carbon steel and stainless steel workshops and a 6,500 m² specialized workshop for non-standard pressure vessels. With annual capacity exceeding 60,000 units and over 200 product specifications, we manufacture air receivers, oil separators, adsorption vessels, AB towers, and custom pressure vessels using carbon steel, stainless steel, cryogenic steel, and composite steel plates.
Custom Expansion Tanks for Data Center Liquid Cooling
We provide customized expansion tanks for data center liquid cooling systems, tailoring capacity, operating pressure, materials, dimensions, and connections to customer requirements. Services include engineering coordination, manufacturing, inspection, and applicable certification support.
Certifications & Quality Assurance
X-Long holds Chinese A2-level pressure vessel design and manufacturing qualifications, a GC2 industrial pipeline installation license, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ASME certification for applicable activities. We support international compliance requirements involving NB Registration, PED, MOM, DOSH, KOSHA, and CRN, subject to applicable scope and approvals.
Our integrated ERP, MES, and IoT systems enable digital production management. Our one-item, one-code traceability system has improved quality traceability accuracy from 70% to 99.9%. Quality controls cover material sourcing, welding, pressure testing, applicable non-destructive testing, and production records.

Exported to 21 countries and regions, X-Long serves the chemical, energy, pharmaceutical, food, new energy, semiconductor, and general manufacturing industries, providing engineering coordination, delivery tracking, and after-sales support.
