Automatic flange welding equipment improves welding consistency and stability while reducing variations associated with manual welding, making it well suited for efficient, high-quality pressure vessel production.

Equipped with a large dual-torch P+T automatic welding system capable of single-side welding with double-side formation. It improves production efficiency while maintaining stable welding quality. Combined with a comprehensive NDT inspection system, it helps achieve a balance between welding quality, manufacturing efficiency, and cost control.

A large four-roll plate rolling machine is used for plate rolling and end forming, reducing the need for conventional pre-bending operations. This helps improve shell forming efficiency, roundness control, and dimensional consistency.

Non-destructive testing is performed on welds in accordance with applicable product standards, design requirements, and project specifications. For products requiring 100% NDT, inspections are carried out accordingly, with relevant inspection records and reports provided to support quality assurance and traceability.

With in-house pressure vessel head manufacturing capabilities, we can coordinate head forming and complete pressure vessel fabrication internally. This reduces dependence on external suppliers and provides greater flexibility in lead-time control, quality consistency, customized fabrication, and cost management.

Major steel materials are sourced directly through established and reliable supply channels. Material certificates, batch information, and incoming inspection records are verified to strengthen raw material quality control, traceability, and procurement cost management.
